If that excites you, and you live and breathe Web3 culture, we want to talk.We’re looking for a Web3 Community & Marketing Lead to own and execute our social and community strategy, from the earliest stages through launch and beyond. You’ll be the voice and engine behind our community - shaping narratives, launching viral campaigns with KOLs, building lasting trust, and activating the creators, thinkers, and contributors who will power Action Model forward.

About the Role:
As our Web3 Community & Marketing Lead, you will lead the charge in connecting Action Model with its core audience: builders, contributors, researchers, and Web3-native early adopters. Your mission is to turn curiosity into engagement, and engagement into long-term advocacy. Working closely with our founder, product and marketing teams, KOLs, and ecosystem partners, you will:

Design and execute a Web3-native community growth strategy from ground zero to launch and beyond.
Create momentum and energy across Discord, X (Twitter), and Telegram, setting the tone for thoughtful, high-signal engagement.
Lead original content campaigns, meme drops, threads, and creator collaborations - helping Action Model’s mission resonate far and wide.
Build systems for ongoing community feedback, education, and support, establishing trust and transparency.
Work cross-functionally to support product drops, incentive programs, ambassador networks, and ecosystem collaborations.
Define KPIs and iterate quickly based on data, sentiment, and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and own a marketing & community roadmap tightly aligned with product and ecosystem milestones.
Operate and scale our community presence across Discord, X, and Telegram - defining tone, structure, and rituals.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and creators to produce content that educates, entertains, and compels action.
Launch creative, culturally resonant campaigns (airdrops, quests, gamified activations, AMA series, meme contests).
Cultivate relationships with ecosystem contributors, KOLs, and DAOs, identifying and activating community champions.
Track metrics, user feedback, and engagement data, and turn insights into action.

Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone who gets Web3 - not just technically, but culturally. You live online, understand the narratives shaping crypto, and feel at home in early-stage chaos.

2–5+ years in marketing, growth, or community roles at Web3 startups, DAOs, or media projects.
OR: No formal experience, but deep involvement in Web3 communities, content creation, and culture? We still want to hear from you.
Excellent copywriting and messaging instincts, with a natural voice for Web3 audiences.
Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, X, Telegram, or similar platforms.
Highly autonomous, proactive, and outcomes-focused - you’re comfortable launching, iterating, and learning fast.
Data-aware and KPI-driven mindset; you can balance intuition with measurable outcomes.
Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Guild, Zealy, Paragraph, Notion, Lens, Quest3, DeForm, or other Web3-native platforms.
