Key Responsibilities

  • messaging people (linkedin, x, emails) and arranging meetings for me
  • Preparing documents and sending to prospects
  • They need to have good communication skills / english
Ideal Candidate


  • 1–3 years experience in virtual assistance, influencer outreach, or marketing coordination
  • OR: No formal experience, but a proven passion in social media, managing outreach, or building online communities
  • Comfortable navigating TikTok, Instagram, and other creator platforms for lead sourcing
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, you follow through on tasks without hand-holding
  • Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI, Web3, or creator economy culture
