Flytask is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of graphic design tools and have a strong ability to create modern website designs, animations, social media posts, and client presentations. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to plan and develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral.

- Website Design: Design modern, user-friendly website layouts and interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement.

- Animation Design: Develop animations such as Lottie animations to enhance digital content and bring creative ideas to life.

- Social Media Content: Design and create engaging posts and graphics for social media platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.

- Client Presentations: Create professional and visually appealing presentations for client pitches and meetings.

- Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and develop content that supports marketing campaigns and business objectives.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to Flytask’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels.

- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Requirements:

- Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in a variety of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and After Effects.

- Web Design: Strong skills in designing modern, responsive website layouts with a good understanding of UI/UX principles.

- Animation: Experience in creating animations using tools like Lottie, Adobe Animate, or similar software.

- Social Media: Proven experience in creating compelling social media graphics and content.

- Presentation Design: Ability to design professional and visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

- Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Creativity: Strong creative skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative design solutions.

- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of web development tools and languages (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a bonus.

- Experience with video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
