Position Overview: 

-        Team Management: Oversee software development teams and the workflow creation team on Jira, ensuring efficient task management, sprint planning, and resource allocation.

-        Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with software development managers to plan work, set priorities, and ensure timely, error-free releases.

-        Workflow Management: Manage the pipeline of AI workflows, coordinating with the workflow creation team to develop and implement new workflows.

-        Bridge Between Teams: Facilitate communication and collaboration between the software development and workflow creation teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

-        Platform Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Flytask's platform and workflows to effectively manage team priorities and deliverables.

-        Scrum Master Duties: Act as Scrum Master for both teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

-        Quality Assurance: Ensure all releases meet Flytask's quality standards, coordinating with QA teams to address any issues promptly.

-        Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality.

-        Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

-        Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

-        Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-        Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in software development, ideally with knowledge of AI, RPA, and third-party integrations.

-        Jira Proficiency: Exceptional knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira for project and task management.

-        Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading software development teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

-        Agile Methodologies: In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience acting as a Scrum Master.

-        Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

-        Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential project issues.

-        Organisational Skills: Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

-        Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-        Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

 

Requirements:

-        Experience with AI and RPA technologies is highly desirable.

-        Familiarity with mobile payment solutions and third-party system integrations is a plus.

-        Prior experience in a similar role within a tech startup company is advantageous.

-        Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
