Product Owner (AI and Automation)

Position Overview

As a Product Owner at Action Model, you'll lead and shape the development and delivery of our groundbreaking AI and automation products. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and stakeholders, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of market trends, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.

You'll utilize your experience with tools like Jira and Figma to clearly define and communicate product requirements, shape user journeys, and drive agile processes, ultimately playing a pivotal role in our product strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning with Action Model’s strategic objectives and market demands.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to capture requirements, feedback, and continuously refine the product roadmap.
Requirement Definition & Backlog Management:
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, create clear Jira user stories and tasks, and ensure development teams understand requirements effectively.
Design & Prototyping:
Work directly with designers using Figma to develop intuitive user interfaces and experiences, validating concepts through rapid prototyping and iterative user testing.
Product Delivery & Release Planning:
Plan, oversee, and execute product releases, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with quality standards.
Market Analysis:
Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research, identifying trends and opportunities to maintain Action Model’s competitive edge.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate existing workflows and systems, recommending and implementing enhancements to ensure high-quality user experiences and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst in technology-focused environments.
Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Jira for Agile product management.
Proven experience using Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaboration with design teams.
Exceptional ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts and requirements in English, both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in interpreting market demands and competitor offerings.
Proactive, collaborative mindset, and comfortable working in remote and cross-functional team environments.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), essential for collaborating with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, or similar AI-driven products.
Technical background or experience collaborating closely with technical development teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban certification (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).
