شرح موقعیت شغلی

At MelliGold, we are building the infrastructure for secure, efficient, and transparent B2B gold bullion trading between gold wholesalers and retail jewelers. We are looking for a talented Product Designer who understands complex business products, can translate operational needs into clean and practical designs, and is passionate about solving the real pain points of traditional markets like Iran's gold industry.
This is not just about UI; it's about understanding how accounting, reporting, and financial workflows operate in this market and crafting a user experience that works for them.

Your Responsibilities:

Product Discovery:

  • Identify core user problems in the gold trading ecosystem through qualitative research, interviews, and deep market understanding.
  • Engage directly with traditional users (traders, wholesalers, jewelry shop owners) to gather feedback and understand workflows.
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable problem statements and opportunities.
Product Design:

  • Design simple, clear, and practical accounting and transaction features tailored to B2B users.
  • Lead UI/UX efforts from wireframes to final UI delivery with attention to detail, consistency, and business value.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to iterate on designs based on feedback and technical feasibility.
Research & Feedback Systems:

  • Establish effective feedback loops within the B2B gold trading community for ongoing insights.
  • Design tools and rituals for continuous user engagement (e.g., structured interviews, surveys, user councils).
What We’re Looking For:

  •  Experience designing B2B platforms, especially with accounting, transaction-heavy, or reporting   components.
  •   Strong skills in UI/UX design (Figma or similar tools) with a clean, practical design aesthetic.
  •   Strong ability to lead discovery processes: identifying core problems, user needs, and market gaps.
  •   Experience working in complex, traditional industries or fintech environments is a big plus.
  •   Experience designing or optimizing financial/accounting workflows is highly preferred.
  •   Excellent communication skills, especially with non-tech-savvy users (bazaar merchants, traders, etc.).
  •   Ability to run user interviews in Farsi and build trust within traditional markets.
Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Iran’s gold, bullion, or jewelry trading markets.
  • Experience with financial platforms, ERPs, or B2B marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and data visualization.
