About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our digital growth engine. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing marketing performance, and leading digital channels to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:
- Own digital marketing strategy across performance channels (paid media, SEO, ecrm, etc.)
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven initiatives
- Manage and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and growth
- Lead performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion
- Collaborate with product teams to improve user journeys and growth loops
- Build and manage experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, CRO initiatives)
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance
- Lead and mentor digital marketing team members and agencies
- Ensure strong alignment with brand and commercial objectives
- Continuously explore new channels, tools, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
- Strong background in performance marketing and analytics
- Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer lifecycle
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, analytics tools, CRM systems)
- Leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
