استخدام Chief Product Officer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Melli Gold is looking for a visionary and execution-driven Chief Product Officer to define and lead the company’s product strategy, roadmap, and innovation initiatives.
The CPO will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions for melted gold trading while aligning product development with business growth and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
  • Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis.
  • Translate business goals into actionable product plans and feature priorities.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Drive innovation in digital gold trading, pricing transparency, and customer experience.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Ensure product scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing product management teams.
  • Oversee UX/UI excellence and continuous product improvement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of product experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Strong understanding of fintech, marketplaces, or commodity trading platforms.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Fluency in Persian and professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in gold, precious metals, or investment products.
  • Background in regulated financial environments.
  • Familiarity with wallet systems, pricing engines, or trading infrastructures.
