استخدام Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers).
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across different platforms.
  • Organize and conduct interviews (in-person and online).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and select top candidates.
  • Collect and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, retention rates, etc.).
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations on recruitment performance for management.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data and feedback.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline.
Requirements:

  •  Proven expertise in recruitment processes within medium to large organizations.
  • Strong skills in professional report writing and data-driven analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment KPIs and metrics (e.g., Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
  • Proficiency in Cando ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is mandatory.
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with modern HR tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR.
