Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers).
- Draft and publish job advertisements across different platforms.
- Organize and conduct interviews (in-person and online).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and select top candidates.
- Collect and analyze recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, retention rates, etc.).
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations on recruitment performance for management.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes based on data and feedback.
- Build and maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in recruitment processes within medium to large organizations.
- Strong skills in professional report writing and data-driven analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment KPIs and metrics (e.g., Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire).
- Proficiency in Cando ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is mandatory.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with modern HR tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or HR.
