We are looking for a Product Lead to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver impactful customer experiences across our platform. This role owns the product vision, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment to ensure we build solutions that create real user value and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Identify opportunities through data, research, and market insights
- Balance user needs with business priorities
- Lead product discovery and validation
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and feedback
- Run experiments and iterate based on learnings
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning
- Ensure high-quality delivery with engineering teams
- Remove blockers and drive momentum
- Improve conversion, retention, and engagement
- Define and track product KPIs
- Optimize user journeys end-to-end
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience shipping digital products
- Ability to work cross-functionally
