HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Develop and implement a structured hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and attract top talent Build and manage a talent pipeline to support the company’s rapid growth Employee Relations & Culture
Create and nurture a strong company culture that aligns with our values and vision Develop employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment HR Operations & Compliance
Establish and manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices Performance Management & Development
Design and implement performance review processes Identify training and development opportunities for employees Work with leadership to create career growth plans for employees Compensation & Benefits
Collaborate with finance to oversee payroll, benefits, and employee perks Research and recommend competitive compensation packages Requirements:
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR best practices Ability to build HR processes from scratch and adapt to a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on and problem-solving mindsetFamiliarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
