Context:
ViFox Coin is a rapidly growing crypto ecosystem focused on expanding its global presence across Web3, trading communities, and digital finance audiences. As the ecosystem evolves, we are looking to strengthen brand visibility, community engagement, ecosystem partnerships, and growth execution at an international level.
Mission
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Crypto Brand & Ecosystem Growth Manager to lead the expansion, visibility, and growth of the ViFox ecosystem across global crypto audiences.
The ideal candidate understands both crypto culture and growth psychology, and can turn visibility into measurable ecosystem growth.

You will:

• Lead brand growth and visibility across crypto and Web3 communities
• Build and scale communities across Telegram, Discord, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Manage influencer, KOL, and crypto media collaborations
• Coordinate PR campaigns, AMAs, interviews, podcasts, and ecosystem exposure
• Design viral campaigns, gamification initiatives, referral systems, and community engagement programs
• Oversee content direction across social, educational, meme, and campaign-based content
• Launch user acquisition and retention strategies for traders, holders, and ecosystem users
• Build partnerships with exchanges, Web3 projects, trading communities, and media platforms
• Organize online/offline events, competitions, webinars, and networking initiatives
• Monitor ecosystem growth metrics and optimize campaign performance continuously

Must have:

• Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, trading, and online communities
• Experience in growth, community, PR, or ecosystem roles within crypto projects
• Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills
• Experience with influencer/KOL marketing and community growth
• Deep understanding of social media trends, viral mechanics, and internet culture
• Ability to execute quickly in fast-moving environments
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven execution
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Existing network within crypto or Web3 ecosystems
• Experience scaling crypto brands or token communities
• Experience with PR/media buying or exchange collaborations
• Familiarity with AI tools for content and automation
• Experience managing international or multilingual communities
• Understanding of growth funnels, referral systems, and ecosystem expansion strategies
