About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded Senior Product Manager who bridges the gap between core product strategy and marketing excellence.

In this role, you will not only lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery, but also leverage deep insights into user acquisition, performance marketing, positioning, and conversion optimization. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive teams to build products that deliver exceptional user value and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute the product vision and roadmap aligned with overall business goals and market opportunities.
Growth & Marketing Integration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align product features with acquisition channels, retention strategies, go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, and brand positioning.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and retention metrics (Cohort analysis, LTV, CAC, Churn) to identify product-led growth (PLG) opportunities.
Execution & Delivery: Lead agile development cycles, defining clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in close partnership with engineering and design teams.
Customer Research & Positioning: Conduct qualitative customer interviews and quantitative market research to uncover user pain points and refine value propositions.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, run, and evaluate rapid experimentation frameworks across product onboarding, pricing models, and marketing touchpoints.

Requirements & Qualifications

Product Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, successfully shipping digital products from concept to launch.
Marketing & Growth Acumen: Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Strategy, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Funnel Architecture).
Analytical Mastery: Strong proficiency with product analytics and BI tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, Metabase) and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, Churn).
Go-to-Market (GTM) Experience: Proven track record of planning and executing successful product launches in coordination with marketing and sales.
Technical Understanding: Comfortable communicating with software engineers, discussing technical feasibility, architecture basics, and API-driven integrations.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills with the ability to articulate complex product ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

AI & Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and generative AI workflows (e.g., LLM integrations, AI-assisted content/marketing tools, prompt engineering, or AI-driven analytics) to enhance product features, automate marketing workflows, or optimize user experiences.
Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) models or B2B SaaS / MarTech / AI-native products.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, GoHighLevel, or custom automation workflows).
Solid understanding of user psychology, branding, and copywriting principles.
