About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Technical Lead to architect, build, and scale our next-generation AI platform and guide a talented team of engineers. Our AI team builds multi-agent workflows across diverse domains including autonomous SEO and content generation platforms, AI video synthesis tools, and high-precision generative media pipelines (e.g., medical image transformations and image generation).

In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI research and product engineering. You will lead the technical architecture, establish engineering best practices, optimize model performance and infrastructure costs, and empower engineers to deliver robust, production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Agentic Systems & Multi-Agent Workflows: Architect scalable multi-agent systems and orchestration pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or custom frameworks.
Generative Media Pipelines: Oversee the development and optimization of Image & Video Generation pipelines (Diffusion models, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI/ControlNet, and proprietary AI media APIs).
AI Infrastructure & MLOps: Design reliable backend architectures for serving LLMs and computer vision models. Optimize inference speed (Latency), context memory, and GPU/API deployment costs.
Code Quality & Standards: Establish best engineering practices for prompt engineering, model evaluations (Evals), testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.

Team Guidance & Product Alignment

Technical Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a multi-disciplinary team of backend engineers, AI developers, and prompt engineers.
R&D to Production: Rapidly prototype with state-of-the-art open-source and proprietary models (LLMs, Vision, Diffusion) and convert successful experiments into production-grade features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Technical Background

Backend Expertise: 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Python and/or Go.
Generative AI & LLM Engineering: Hands-on experience building production applications with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Computer Vision & Diffusion Models: Solid understanding of generative media architectures (ControlNet, LoRA fine-tuning, Stable Diffusion, video generation models).
Production MLOps & Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases (Milvus, Qweaviate, Qdrant, etc.), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
API & Cost Optimization: Proven ability to manage, benchmark, and optimize token/API spending and model latency for high-volume applications.

Soft Skills & Mindset

Product-Minded: Focused on delivering high business value rather than just experimenting with technology.
Agile R&D Capability: Strong ability to parse research papers, test new frameworks quickly, and discard non-viable technical paths.
Clear Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts and trade-offs to non-technical team members and executives.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with local LLM serving tools (e.g., Ollama, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM).
Prior background in AI-driven SEO automation, content generation, or specialized computer vision domains (e.g., medical image processing).
Experience in scaling early-stage AI engineering teams.
