We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of all digital marketing subsets — SEO, paid advertising, web development, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can lead a cross-functional team, develop data-driven campaigns, and execute growth-focused marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI.
Leadership & Strategy
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of SEO specialists, paid ads managers (Google & Meta), web developers, and automation experts.
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with agency and client goals.
Oversee campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across multiple digital channels.
Foster collaboration between creative, web, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor campaign profitability and ROI.
Digital Marketing Execution
Supervise SEO campaigns including keyword research, technical audits, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads — ensuring optimized targeting, ad creatives, and conversion tracking.
Coordinate with web developers to ensure websites and landing pages are optimized for performance, conversion, and SEO best practices.
Direct and manage marketing automation workflows (CRM integrations, email campaigns, lead nurturing, and funnel automations).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
Team Management
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to the marketing team.
Define clear KPIs, evaluate performance, and ensure team alignment with campaign objectives.
Organize regular sync meetings to brainstorm ideas, track progress, and resolve challenges collaboratively.
Reporting & Optimization
Prepare and present detailed campaign performance reports to management and clients.
Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and efficiency improvements across all marketing operations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, automation, and analytics technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Hands-on experience with:
SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console
Paid Ads platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
Automation tools: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zoho, or ActiveCampaign
Analytics tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, Looker Studio
Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed strategic decisions.
Creative problem-solver with excellent organizational and team-building abilities.
