شرح موقعیت شغلی

We need 3D designer who is professional in spline.design platform with following skills:

3D Modeling:
- Proficient in creating detailed and accurate 3D models. Look for experience in both organic and hard surface modeling, depending on your project requirements.
Spline.design Proficiency:
- Prior experience and expertise in using spline.design or similar 3D design platforms. Familiarity with the platform's features and capabilities is a significant advantage.
Texturing and Materials:
- Knowledge of texturing techniques and the ability to create realistic materials to enhance the visual appeal of 3D models.
Lighting and Rendering:
- Experience in setting up realistic lighting scenarios and rendering high-quality images or animations. Understanding how to optimize scenes for rendering is also important.
Animation Skills (if applicable):
- If your projects involve animation, look for candidates with skills in rigging and animation. Experience in creating smooth and realistic animations is a valuable asset.
Portfolio of 3D Work:
- Request a portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D projects, especially those relevant to your industry or the type of work you're looking to accomplish.
Software Proficiency:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or other industry-standard tools. The ability to adapt to different software environments is a plus.
Attention to Detail:
