We are looking for someone who can producing content and manage our social media channels. the social media specialist should have following skills:
1. A social media specialist must be able to communicate effectively with the audience through various social media channels.
2. A social media specialist should be able to develop a unique content in digital marketing era. Relevant experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

3. A social media specialist should be able to create posts in design platforms like photoshop and others. Graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite may be beneficial.

4. A social media specialist must have a deep understanding of different social media platforms, their features, and how they can be used to achieve different marketing goals.
5. A social media specialist should be familiar with social media management tools like Novinhub which allow for easy management and scheduling of social media content.
6. A social media specialist should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, such as branding, targeting, and segmentation.
7. A social media specialist should be able to develop unique and engaging content ideas that will attract and retain the audience's attention.
8. A social media specialist should be able to analyze social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
9. Social media is constantly evolving, and a social media specialist should be able to adapt to changes and new trends quickly.
10. Understanding of SEO and SEM principles may also be beneficial.
