Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Advanced Degree (Preferred): A master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Project Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is advantageous.
Certifications:
- Scrum Master Certification: Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- OKR Certification (Preferred): Certifications related to OKR methodologies, such as Certified OKR Practitioner or OKR Champion, are highly valued.

Experience:

Scrum Master Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.).
OKR Implementation Experience: Proven experience in implementing and managing OKR frameworks in an organizational setting. This includes setting objectives, key results, and aligning them with team and company goals.
Industry Experience: Experience in sectors such as technology, software development, or product management, where agile and OKR methodologies are commonly applied.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum frameworks, and related methodologies (Kanban, Lean, etc.).
OKR Methodology: Strong knowledge of OKR processes, including goal-setting, alignment, tracking progress, and continuous improvement.
Facilitation and Coaching: Skilled in coaching teams on Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and guiding teams through OKR planning and review cycles.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Analytical and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions, particularly in aligning team efforts with strategic goals through OKRs.
Change Management: Experience in leading change management initiatives, particularly in transitioning teams or organizations to Agile and OKR frameworks.

Technical Skills:

Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps, as well as OKR tracking tools like Asana, Workboard, or Gtmhub.
Data Analysis: Ability to leverage data and metrics to track OKR progress and inform decision-making.

Personal Attributes:

Leadership and Mentorship: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand team dynamics, manage conflicts, and support a positive team environment.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a dynamic work environment.
