1. Roadmap Creation:
   • Develop comprehensive roadmaps for software projects, including monthly, 6-month, and yearly plans.
   • Coordinate with development and product teams to achieve the roadmap goals.
2. Analytics:
   • Analyze all projects and create feature lists and user stories for software projects.
3. Follow-Up:
   • Collaborate with Scrum Masters to ensure all sprint goals are met for software projects.
4. Management and Coordination:
   • Manage and coordinate software and product teams.
   • Report all progress and metrics to the company’s C-level executives.
5. Market Analysis:
   • Analyze market trends and opportunities to inform project strategies.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Knowledge of the Turkish language is a bonus.
• Understanding of risk management and digital marketing is an advantage.
