About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, highly proactive Senior Product Designer with deep technical acumen and a global mindset to join our design team at WallGold.
In this role, you won't just paint within the lines of a feature request. You will be a business-driven innovator who proactively analyzes new international markets to identify gaps and propose creative product opportunities that help WallGold perform better. You will lead design initiatives for both consumer-facing products and internal tools, utilizing international benchmarking to design world-class wealth-tech solutions.
Because this role directly interfaces with global market research, international standards, and cross-border insights, complete fluency in English is a non-negotiable requirement.
Key Responsibilities

Proactive Business Innovation: Actively seek out and propose product solutions to improve business performance, optimize user flows, and unlock new revenue or engagement streams in emerging markets.
International Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct continuous research on global digital gold, wealth-tech, and fintech markets. Benchmark WallGold against leading international platforms to ensure our user experience remains world-class.
End-to-End Design Leadership: Lead the design process from ideation to launch, translating complex, data-heavy transactional requirements (like fractional asset custody, real-time pricing feeds, and global liquidity pools) into simple, intuitive user flows.
Maintain Technical Excellence: Architect and scale our design system with a strict, component-first mindset. Collaborate seamlessly with our engineering team, ensuring high-fidelity implementation and clean handoffs.
Data-Driven Iteration: Use quantitative behavior tools and qualitative user feedback to spot UX friction points, prioritizing and designing solutions to resolve them before they impact the business.

Job Requirements

Proactive & Strategic Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't wait for product specifications. You possess the business acumen to suggest feature iterations that actively drive user growth and retention.
Technical Mode Mastery: Elite expertise in Figma, paired with hands-on experience building, managing, and scaling complex design systems.
Dashboard & Enterprise Panel Expertise: Proven experience designing high-fidelity, data-dense transaction panels, trading platforms, or administrative dashboards.
Data & Analytics Savvy: Strong proficiency in behavior analytics platforms like Clarity, Hotjar, and Google Analytics.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). You are comfortable conducting research, reading international financial reports, and articulating complex design decisions in English.

What Makes You Stand Out (Nice to Have)

A solid understanding of common software development practices (HTML/CSS, React frameworks, or Git workflows).
Direct experience designing for international markets, localized UX/UI patterns, or multi-currency applications.
Prior experience in fintech, digital assets, wealth management, or commodity-trading platform design.
Active contribution to the local or global design community (e.g., writing, mentoring, or public speaking).
