Description

We are looking for a competent Marketing Operations Manager to be in charge of the organization’s marketing operations. If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk.

Marketing operations manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the operations budget, and ensuring that all material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience in turning creative ideas into effective advertising projects. The goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.


Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive marketing executive strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements
  • Supervise operations including various studio and digital marketing activities
  • Produce ideas for promotional activities and organize them efficiently
  • Execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines, etc., and make the best results
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s publications
  • Monitor progress and submit performance reports
  • Control budgets and allocate resources among projects
  • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients and build strategic partnerships
Requirements

  • Managing experience in various marketing projects, including advertising and campaign projects
  • Excellent leadership and organizing skills
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with current and best practices
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, and communications or relevant field
