شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Wallex, We are looking for a talented, well-organized, and well-communicator traffic manager to help us deliver Marketing projects with the highest quality. As our expected marketing traffic manager, your main objectives are:

Streamline internal workflows
Ensure all marketing deliverables meet our quality standards
See that projects are executed on time And according to other departments' expectations.

And also you are responsible for the following:

Crafting project schedules
Supervising the workflow of marketing and content teams
Assigning project-specific tasks
Supporting the team by removing roadblocks
Updating internal stakeholders and clients on project progress and status.
Organizing the project workflow within the marketing sector of the company and distributing work equally to all participating team members
Collaborating with the rest of the marketing team to implement the relevant strategies and execute on agreed-upon marketing plans
Cooperating with our creative and account departments to determine the necessary project budget
Building our marketing project schedules
Providing the necessary work resources to employees
Determining deadlines for each stage of ongoing and future projects and ensuring that the marketing team members respect them
Employing freelancers or temporary contractors to help with bigger projects
Communicate with other departments to better understand their project-related preferences or update them on project status.

Requirements
in this role, you need to have the following:

Solid decision-making skills and a sense of prioritization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
Familiarity with project management software( Trello, Jira.)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
Eagerness to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
Minimum of three years of experience in Marketing Traffic Management or an associated position

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, and others) or exprience in an advertising agency is a plus.
