شرح موقعیت شغلی

 Job Description:


●  Develop and implement partnership strategies to achieve defined financial goals and create new revenue streams.


●  Identify, attract, and retain key organizations and partners to expand the B2B sales network.


●  Design, create, and execute B2B sales programs and campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization.


●  Maintain ongoing communication with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Product) to enhance the portfolio of products offered to organizations.


●  Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and maximize return on investment (ROI).


●  Design organizational sales structures in alignment with stakeholders to ensure profitability.


●  Stay informed and up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the market, with a thorough understanding of competitors, to continuously improve B2B sales strategies.


●  Prepare detailed, ongoing reports on contracts and sales activities to identify key opportunities for growth.


●  Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover new and profitable business opportunities.


Qualifications:


● In-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, financial networks, and key industry players, along with a strong understanding of relevant products.


●  Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics and the marketing strategies aligned with industry trends


●  Experience in B2B sales


●   Comprehensive understanding of contracts and their legal frameworks 


●  In-depth understanding of organizational sales strategies and methods, both locally (Iran) and globally.


●  Knowledge of digital channels in the B2B sales and strategies for driving growth in the digital environment.


●   Familiarity with B2B sales metrics and experience in monitoring, evaluating, and improving them.


●   Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.


●   Proven ability to identify customer needs during meetings and develop innovative solutions to successfully close contracts.


●  A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales.


●  Proven ability to build effective relationships with teams, partners, and clients.


●   Strong task prioritization skills and the ability to meet deadlines.


●   Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and market conditions.
