شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are a leading cryptocurrency exchange with several years of successful operation and a large, active user base. Our platform supports a significant number of professional traders in the spot market, offering innovative investment solutions and exceptional service. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Day Trader to join our team and contribute to our continued success through strategic trading in various financial markets.
Job Summary:
As a Day Trader, you will be responsible for executing short-term trading strategies in the financial markets. You will analyze market conditions, make quick decisions, and execute trades to capitalize on market movements. Additionally, you will analyze the trend of USDT-TMN price in our country and suggest different ways to improve the automation of our trading processes. We utilize a trading bot to handle large volumes, and your insights will be crucial in optimizing its performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute buy and sell orders on various financial instruments, including options, futures, and currencies.
  • Monitor market trends, news, and economic indicators to identify trading opportunities.
  • Develop and implement short-term trading strategies to maximize profits.
  • Analyze price charts, patterns, and technical indicators to inform trading decisions.
  • Conduct fundamental analysis to assess the value and potential of different securities.
  • Maintain detailed records of trades, performance, and market conditions.
  • Manage risk effectively by setting stop-loss orders and other risk management tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with financial news, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Analyze the trend of USDT-TMN price in the local market and provide actionable insights.
  • Suggest and implement improvements for trading automation and bot performance.
  • Collaborate with other traders and financial analysts to share insights and strategies.
  • Utilize trading software and platforms to execute trades efficiently and accurately.
  • Brainstorm and work on new trading ideas and strategies, showcasing creativity and innovation.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience as a Day Trader or similar role in financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading strategies, technical analysis, and fundamental analysis.
  • Proficient in using trading platforms and software.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong soft skills including communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Eagerness to work on new ideas, brainstorm with the team, and be creative in approach.
  • Proven ability to work hard and be a dedicated team player.
  • Experience with trading bots and automation in high-volume environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for trading strategy development.
