What We’re Looking for:
We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our SEO strategy and execution. You will be responsible for optimizing websites to rank higher in search engines and improve organic traffic, all while ensuring a seamless user experience. If you’re an analytical thinker with extensive experience in on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and data-driven strategies, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis.
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, internal linking, and structure.
Manage technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement improvements.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Mentor junior SEO team members and provide training on best practices.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO objectives align with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including site architecture, crawling, and indexing.
Experience with content marketing and creating SEO-friendly content strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
