شرح موقعیت شغلی

DATALL is a leader in industrial IoT solutions, focused on transforming industries such as oil and gas, energy management, and industrial automation. Our innovative platform leverages IoT, AI, and data analytics to optimize operational efficiency and drive digital transformation. We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and growth of our IIOT products.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for guiding the development of our IIOT products, focusing on predictive maintenance, energy management, and real-time monitoring solutions. Your role will encompass defining product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the technical soundness of our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives, focusing on IIOT solutions such as predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and energy management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (business, engineering, and R&D teams) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of trends in IIOT and industrial automation.
  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
  • Ensure that the product roadmap remains adaptable to emerging market trends and customer needs.
  • Implement agile methodologies to manage the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
  • Manage the product backlog, developer stories, and acceptance criteria for tasks assigned.
  • Having a good understanding of user experience (UX), interface optimization, and go-to-market strategies.
Technical Leadership and Development

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to define and oversee the technical architecture of IIOT solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Guide the development of software solutions using IoT data, AI/ML models, and real-time data analytics to enhance operational efficiency in industrial environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data from sensors, SCADA systems, and industrial equipment for real-time monitoring and actionable insights.

Technical and Mechanical Expertise

  • Leverage a strong understanding of mechanical engineering, particularly in vibration analysis, fault detection, and condition monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to incorporate advanced mechanical insights into the product.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification in Product Management is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or tech lead role.
