Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, particularly in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and fault diagnosis.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Proven experience in successfully launching and managing software products.
- Experience with integrating Machine Learning and AI into software products.
- Familiarity with IIoT protocols, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- A track record of driving innovation and delivering products that meet market demands.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and integration of sensor data for condition monitoring.
- Familiarity with software development processes, including Agile frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools, real-time data integration, and AI/ML model implementation for predictive maintenance.
