Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our industrial software products, specifically focused on predictive maintenance and IIoT solutions. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with market demands and customer requirements. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, R&D, marketing, and sales, to bring innovative software solutions to market.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products.
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, particularly in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and fault diagnosis.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
Proven experience in successfully launching and managing software products.
Experience with integrating Machine Learning and AI into software products.
Familiarity with IIoT protocols, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
A track record of driving innovation and delivering products that meet market demands.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of mechanical systems and integration of sensor data for condition monitoring.
Familiarity with software development processes, including Agile frameworks.
Experience with BI tools, real-time data integration, and AI/ML model implementation for predictive maintenance.
