Job Opportunity at VIP Shop: Digital Marketing Expert

VIP Shop is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Expert to elevate our brand’s digital presence and drive e-commerce growth. This role is ideal for someone with a robust understanding of digital marketing concepts, who is eager to implement cutting-edge campaigns and enhance customer engagement through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that include SEO, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and email marketing to maximize online visibility and conversions.
Leverage AI tools for marketing automation and personalization to enhance user experience and campaign effectiveness.
Expert management of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing to refine marketing approaches based on data-driven insights.
Craft compelling stories for marketing campaigns to engage a diverse audience effectively.
Monitor e-commerce metrics to optimize marketing efforts and increase sales.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and return on investment (ROI) to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, demonstrating an eagerness to continually learn and grow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven expertise in digital marketing with a solid understanding of SEO, CRO, and email marketing.
Proficiency in using AI tools to optimize digital marketing efforts.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
Excellent storytelling skills to create engaging and effective marketing communications.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
IELTS level of 5+ in English, demonstrating a strong command of the language.
Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
