We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team and help us deliver reliable, high-quality WordPress plugins, SaaS services, and websites.

This is a hybrid position based in Shiraz. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and users to test new features, identify issues early, and make sure every release is smooth, stable, and trustworthy.

You will also collaborate with users through our helpdesk system to better understand reported issues, reproduce bugs, confirm fixes, and improve the overall product experience.

What You’ll Do

Test our WordPress plugins, SaaS services, and websites across browsers, devices, and environments
Design, write, and execute test cases, both manual and automated
Use AI-assisted workflows with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, or similar to improve test coverage, speed, and accuracy
Identify, document, and report bugs clearly, then track them through resolution
Verify fixes and help prevent regressions in future releases
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and support teams to improve release quality
Work with users through our helpdesk system to understand issues, reproduce bugs, and confirm expected behavior
Create and maintain clear QA documentation, including test cases, processes, and product usage guides
Proactively suggest improvements to testing strategy, workflows, tooling, product quality, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Senior-level experience in QA/testing for web applications
Strong attention to detail and the ability to think from a user-first perspective
Experience creating and maintaining structured test plans and QA documentation
Comfortable working with both manual and automated testing approaches
Good communication skills for working with internal teams and users
Experience with helpdesk systems or user-facing issue investigation is a plus
Familiarity with WordPress plugins is a big plus
Experience testing SaaS products, dashboards, or web-based services is a plus
Working knowledge of PHP, databases, APIs, and browser developer tools is a plus
Product mindset or product management experience is a plus
Experience or strong interest in using AI agents and developer tools to improve QA workflows
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid team environment
