شرح موقعیت شغلی

As the “English Content Editor”, you will be required to edit web content to a publishable standard of English, meet short deadlines, and hit targets with a high degree of consistency. You will be responsible to manage to produce content; Choose the topics for content writers based on keyword research. Then follow the production process with anyone necessary in the team, mostly writers.

A very close to native English editing and writing skills are essential factors for this opportunity. You should also be familiar with SEO and content marketing.

This is a semi-remote, possibly full-time job opportunity.

Requirement

- Great editing, proofreading, and writing skills (in English).

- Capable of deep researching on the web and other resources to find topics, best practices, etc.

- Highly organized and able to manage your time to meet deadlines in a semi-remote team.

- Strong understanding of SEO content practices.

- Good computer skills with MS Word.

- Well-versed with writing content for different purposes, mostly blog articles (in English).

- Capable of creating research-backed compelling content (in English).

- Being a consumer of web content yourself.

- Great attention to detail.
 
 

 

Good to be familiar with

- Different content platforms & CMSs.

- Content marketing tools like BuzzSumo, Answer the Public, Semrush, etc.
 
 

 

Role

- Develop content ideas and the editorial calendar, including choosing topics and their details.

- Communicate and cooperate with other SEO team members and content writers.

- Oversee content production, including proofreading and editing content before publishing with the best SEO content practices.

- Write blog articles with close to native English and really useful information. Occasionally.

- Follow SEO guidelines and practices.

- Manage to update and upgrade the old content with new information
