شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a professional and experienced colleague as the “Google Ads Expert” in our team.

They should constantly monitor and optimize the campaigns specifically for UPGUYS.com, a client of ours.

A very good English understanding, reading, and writing, and also a very deep understanding of SEO are essential for the job.

UPGUYS has a big campaign going on throughout Canada, spending +1 million dollars.

So, if you’re thinking I’m the one to manage this, please read the descriptions below. Anyone who has at least some of the requirements is encouraged to apply.

Requirement

- Well-versed with copywriting for Google text ads in English.

- Great reading and understanding in English.

- Good experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

- Capable of configuring and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, mostly text ads.

- Strong understanding of SEO.

- Good experience with SEO and SEM tools.

- Working knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.

- Highly organized and able to manage your time to meet deadlines in a remote team.

- Prior experience in data analysis and reporting in a digital marketing environment.

Good to be familiar with

- Managing Google Ads campaigns abroad Iran (North America, Europe - in English).

Role

- Managing and configuring Google Ads campaigns to target the SEM milestones.

- Generating and constantly optimizing the texts on the Google Ads.

- Constantly optimizing the settings and configuration for the campaigns.

- Generating target audiences, conduct keyword research, develop ad campaign structure and, establishing the best budget allocation & bid strategy.

- Execute the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, website placements, targeting methods such as topics & interests, and general account settings such as daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.

- Identify areas of opportunity to maximize spending budget and drive more traffic and sales.

- Manage monthly budget, spend, and forecast campaign budget to ensure an optimal ROI.

- Perform AB testing by creating different ad copies and different headlines.

- Daily monitoring performance and modifying if needed.

- Occasionally participating in client meetings to speak to the results and explain key insights.

- Generate monthly reports for SEO manager and the client, focusing on key insights, areas of improvement, key wins, and next steps.
