As an executive assistant, you report directly to the managing director and you are responsible for everything going on in the office and getting the job done. You are in charge of team and leadership in the absence of Managing Director;
Responsibilities
Managing Projects workload and Team
Help building the team’s culture
Recruiting and other HR-related tasks
Communicate company goals and deadlines to the team.
Motivates team members and assesses performance.
Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.
Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
Organize, develop and plan meetings and agendas
Helping prepare for meetings, setting up rooms, order lunches, breakfast, etc.
Using various software, including Googe Sheets, Asana and Slack
Provide general administrative support
Requirements
In-depth understanding of how an agile tech team works.
Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Industrial Engineering preferred).
Flexibility and openness in both hours available for work and also the type of projects that the Executive team may ask to take on.
Ability to handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be extremely organized and attention to detail is a MUST.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
