Job Summary:
Correct implementation of customer development policies and plans in-store in terms of price, promotion, shelf allocation, assortment mix and visibility of the products. Build a partnership with the point of purchase directly on the field. Ensure clear and correct communication of any information from the company to the point of purchase and vice versa.
Tasks:
- Visiting customers and take orders according to their stock level and shelves.
Correct implementation of customer development policies and plans in-store in terms of price, promotion, shelf allocation, assortment mix and visibility of the products. Build a partnership with the point of purchase directly on the field. Ensure clear and correct communication of any information from the company to the point of purchase and vice versa.
Tasks:
- Visiting customers and take orders according to their stock level and shelves.
- Following up orders delivery and assistance to solve the problems between the customer service and customer.
- Control and updating Unilever products shelf price.
- Administer and develop a relationship with stores management.
- Have a plan for brand wise achievement of his/her monthly targets.
- Managing promoters in stores including ensuring that they present Unilever in-store properly and to guide promoters in caring shelves.
- Implement consumer promotions effectively in customers and to get special space for promotional goods.
- Clear transmission of the consumer complaints to the relevant units.
- To complete SKUs of brands in shelves considering customer situation all the times.
- Following up customers payment performance considering contracts terms.
- Collecting financial documents from customers/stores and doing reconciliation with them.
- To get the best shelves for Unilever products in the related category and increase the share of shelves toward competitors.
- Efficient usage of available POP materials appropriate for the relevant store.
- Taking proper places in stores to make extra visibility.
- Report competitor’s activities including price change, promotions, launch, relaunch, etc..
- Controlling customer stocks and taking action for the products that have the risk of expiry and have low flow.
- Controlling customer stocks and removing the expired and damaged products from the shelves.
