Job Description
1-Work as a head hunter, design a talent pool and continuously update it
2-Research the job market using various tools including social media, websites, attending seminars
3-Design and running internal referral campaign
4-Develop relationship with universities for attracting fresh graduates
6-Maintain employee's files, accurate records and confidentiality
7-Learn and updated all HR Processes and policies under observation of HR Manager
8-Arrange job posts and managed requisite workflow in recruiting database (ATS) (e.g. managing requisitions and updating candidate records and status reports)
9-Participat in candidate interviews and provided precise evaluation of the candidates
10-Execute the onboarding procedure
