شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Manager, you will be the voice of the user and the owner of a core product vertical (e.g., User Activation, AI Pricing Engine, or Compliance & Legal Tech). You will work closely with our Product Lead, founders, and the Founding Engineering Manager to execute on our product vision.

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves talking to users, can find signal in the noise, and has a passion for turning complex problems into simple, elegant, AI-powered solutions. You are not just a "spec-writer"; you are a problem-solver who will own the "why" and "what" for your squad.

Responsibilities

User & Market Discovery: Conduct relentless user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of your target personas in the GCC.
Discovery & Definition: Translate ambiguous user needs and business problems into clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ownership & Execution: Own your squad's product backlog. Work daily with the Engineering Manager and engineers to manage trade-offs, answer questions, and ship features rapidly.
Lean & Agile: Champion a lean startup and agile mindset. Define and execute A/B tests and product experiments to ensure we are building, measuring, and learning in the fastest possible cycles.
Metrics & Success: Define success metrics for every feature and for your product vertical. You will be responsible for building simple dashboards, analyzing data, and reporting on your KPIs to the Product Lead.

Requirements (What We're Looking For)

Experience: 2-4+ years of direct Product Management experience, preferably in a B2C or B2B SaaS environment.
Startup DNA: You must have early-stage startup experience (Seed, Series A). You are comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and high ownership of a startup environment.
User-Obsessed: You have a proven, hands-on track record of conducting user research and can share stories of how user insights directly changed a product's direction.
Data-Driven: You are metrics-obsessed. You're comfortable with product analytics tools (or building your own simple tracking) and can define a clear data strategy from scratch.
AI Product Experience: You have experience building products that use AI/ML. You understand the unique lifecycle of AI products (e.g., data-first, probabilistic, managing user trust) versus traditional SaaS.
Technical Acumen: You have a strong understanding of modern web/app development and can have a credible, detailed conversation with senior engineers about architecture and trade-offs.
Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English (Arabic is a massive plus). You can clearly articulate a vision, write concise specs, and present data-backed arguments to leadership.

Bonus Points

Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
Familiarity with the GCC market.
Domain experience in Proptech, Fintech, or Travel Tech.
