شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a deadline-focused HR Generalist to be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, learning & training, compensation & benefit and monitoring the overall HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

End to end recruitment process (Sourcing potential candidates, Screening CVs for competency with the job requirements, Arranging telephone or online interviews)
Reward (manage monthly payroll, SSO, and tax payments on time and in full, on-time payment of all employee benefits, monthly reports on headcount, turnover, and other reports based on requirements)
Timely delivery of employee’s contracts
Implementation of performance management (objective setting, mid & End year review, session with line managers on appraisal)
Assess training needs (through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers)

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law
At least 2 years of experience in HR
Very good command of MS Excel
Good communication skills
Well-developed in communication and interpersonal skills
Military service must have been done or exempted (for gentlemen)
Familiarity with Lean/Agile Mindset and Organizational Change is a plus
Having experience in working with and/or recruiting IT/ Software Development professionals is a plus
(For gentlemen) Those who have done Military Service or are permanently exempted are preferred
