شرح موقعیت شغلی

In our team, we are working on an attractive product based on artificial intelligence. We intend to provide this value as best as possible and to be liked by the user. For this purpose, we need a creative user interface designer who is interested in products related to artificial intelligence to accompany us in the development of our product.

Description of duties and responsibilities:

- Perform all tasks involved in the product design lifecycle, such as research, sketches, wireframes, concept designs, end-to-end user flows, interaction design, prototyping, pixel-perfect UI, documentation, accessibility checks, and testing design QA.

- Ability to make independent design decisions and identify problems.

- Conducting ongoing research on specific products through both quantitative and qualitative methods.

- Updating designs using data gathered from research.

- Maintaining a design system.

- Developing surveys with appropriate metrics.

- Creating effective personas.

- Collaborating with a small team of designers and cross-functional partners to explore, test, and refine.

- Providing essential quality assurance and testing services.

- Using both qualitative and quantitative data to refine and improve product concepts.

- Defining new specific metrics to measure

- Creating Journey maps

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedbacks

Ability, skill and level of mastery required:

- Proficiency in Design Thinking.

- Proficiency in working with Figma.

- Capability to design for both web (desktop and mobile) and TV application components with a focus on responsive design.

- A portfolio that demonstrates sufficient experience working on marketed products.

- Good to medium English writing and reading skills.

- High understanding and motivation in researching different and new products in the field of artificial intelligence.

- understanding AI products would be a huge plus.

Key skills:

Sufficient familiarity with the Scrum framework
Experience working directly with technical teams
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
