We are seeking a talented and highly skilled 3D Design and UI/UX Design Expert to join our dynamic team and help us bring innovation to the forefront of our projects. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of design and technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.




Job Description:


As a 3D Design and UI/UX Design Expert at Titans, you will play a pivotal role in designing visually stunning and user-friendly experiences across various digital platforms. Your creativity, technical prowess, and user-centered design approach will be instrumental in shaping the way our users interact with our products and services. Additionally, expertise in 3D printing will be crucial as some of our projects involve producing physical prototypes and models.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. 3D Design:
    • Conceptualize, design, and create immersive 3D environments, objects, and assets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate 3D elements into web and mobile applications, games, and other digital media.
    • Expertise in 3D printing, including preparing 3D models for printing and ensuring their successful realization in physical form.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging 3D design trends, technologies, and tools.
  2. UI/UX Design:
    • Develop intuitive, user-centric interface designs for web and mobile applications.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to inform and improve design decisions.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts.
    • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
    • Continuously optimize and refine user experiences based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
    • Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure the final product meets design specifications and user expectations.
  5. Research and Innovation:
    • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging design trends, and innovative technologies.
    • Contribute to the development of design guidelines, standards, and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in 3D design, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, rendering, animation, and expertise in 3D printing.
  • Solid experience in UI/UX design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of front-end development and coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Other working conditions:

Working hours are from Saturday to Wednesday from 08:00 to 17:00 with a 90-minute shift possibility.
