Job Description

-Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements -Producing comprehensive analysis documents for developing of the software such as Process Models, Use Case specification, Activity diagrams, Data Model, Prototype, etc. -Producing functional/system requirements that will include information about required changes to front-end, database, web service, data service, etc. -Producing comprehensive analysis documents for developing of the software -Strong Communicate with Development team -Depending on your experience, you will assume the role of lead or senior Web Developer. Through your experience, talent and interest, you are aware of all major developments of the latest relevant technologies in the mobile and web space and are capable of quickly mastering new technologies. You are capable of translating functional designs into working software, keeping the end-user€™s interests in mind. -Design and develop web-based sites, tools and applications. -Tuning components for high performance and scalability using techniques such as caching, code optimization, and efficient memory management. -Organize input and feedback from multiple stakeholders to improve usability and functionality. -Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features. -Understands technical and functional design requirements. -Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones. -Web Page Developer/programmer (Front-end & Back-end): -Work with designers to turn designs into coded web pages -Front end & Back end development of website (Design, build, or maintain Web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media) -Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria, or choose solutions -Analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team (Database Designing & Programming, Analyzing Data or Information) -Reviewing current systems & presenting ideas for system improvements -Back up files from Web sites to local directories for instant recovery in case of problems -Graphic designers create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. -They develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. - Expert in Micro soft Office and Graphic Soft wares (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, illustrator) and web site organization - Strong design skills with the ability to produce conceptual ideas quickly - Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. - Design or improve the products packaging. -Designing and execution of sales promotion -Planning for Marketing mix strategy -Participation in the implementation of an integrated marketing communications system -Creating road map which detail strategy, execution (type, frequency, content, tone etc.) and tracking of media content to various channel by participation in the design and development of the STP products model. -Understating Customer insight and defining segmentation and targeting -Coordination between digital marketing campaigns and social campaigns -Market and consumer Analyst, insight mining, Brand creation and development, communication strategy development, branding -Monitoring to create appropriate artwork and slogan for campaigns, promotions, -To create an implement a comprehensive advertising plan such as: -To arrange for appropriate marketing tools such as catalogues, CDs, sample boxes or -To arrange different marketing tools for different events or upcoming occasions such as New Year and for special customers and general customers within the year 

Requirements

-BA degree on computer software -At least 5 years of related experience on web programming -4+ years developing cutting edge web-based applications, web-sites and/or games -Strong JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 skills -Strong Responsive Webpage Design and multi device web development support (Knowledge of design techniques, tools/utilities, and principals involved in) -Strong Database (SQL Server, MYSQL) -Knowledgeable with programming languages: ASP.NET(C#, VB), Ajax -Self-motivated & Enthusiasm for making systems Scalable, Reliable and Available -BTech/CS/MCA degree from a premiere institution with 4+ years of software product development experience. -Strong object oriented design and development experience. -Hands on experience with the Zend and Mootools Frameworks -Solid understanding of PHP5, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3 -Ability to use Photoshop CS4/5+ and ActionScript 3 with Flex -Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL a pre -Experience with XML and data -Adaptive design eye and skill -Excellent communication skills -Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients -Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation - Well organized, Self-motivated, Ability for team work, Creative, Energetic, Interesting in growth and active - Being Familiar with online advertising - Familiar with Graphic content providing for social media -Applicants with ICT of Banking, Gas Stations experience are preferred -Advanced level of English (Speaking, correspondences)
