استخدام Business Development Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Business Development Manager will leverage exceptional judgment in an effort to manage relationships and grow sales on Timcheh and other 3rd party online marketplace. This role will impact the company's growth strategy, working at both the strategic level (new marketplace development; generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with analytical tools, analyzing sales data, and driving sellers' performance).


Responsibilities


  • Research new opportunities, analyze data and grow revenue.
  • Manage campaigns with site merchandising tools and analyze marketplace data.
  • Sales-Develop relationships with new sellers to expand 3rd party e-commerce revenue. Manage overall strategy, sales, forecasts and results. These include short- and long-term objectives, customer metrics and overall performance.
  • Develop reports and reporting formats. Monthly sellers’ sales reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Tech teams and other areas of the company to execute existing and develop new Marketplace initiatives and opportunities designed to meet and exceed the Marketplace E-Commerce revenue goals.
  • Oversee and improve the day-to-day marketplace operations, sales, promotions, sellers’ acquisition, on-boarding and performance.
  • Plan out and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth.
  • Develop and implement the assortment and inventory plan to match the sales plan. Work with other divisions to maximize inventory.
  • Promotions tracking and coordination; report as necessary account specific promotional plans in a timely and effective manner
 Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Commercial, Finance or related fields
  • 2+ years of E-commerce experience
  • Experience in team leading
  • Familiar with E-commerce marketing and digital sales drivers with marketplace and channel
     advisors
  • Demonstrated understanding of web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting and processes
     management systems 
  • Strong project management skills Strong analytical skills to guide business strategy decision
