We are looking for someone with a broad technical background in data analytics, strong business acumen takes ownership of their work, and is focused on customer needs. They will have the ability to make data-driven conclusions and will be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Build a data structure and reporting process by working through various business parameters, which establish truth in data.
- Understand the business challenges and identify data-driven business insights with effective presentation of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Leverage data to increase the efficiency of our programs working closely with the business teams to drive optimization.
- Update existing and create new metrics and reporting that help drive business conclusions, continually improving reporting and analysis processes.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to help determine key business conclusions.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst role. · Experience with visualizing data with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Strong data-collection and analysis skills, as well as a strong ability for using Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Passionate about data, discovering new trends, and driving actions through insights.
- MBA or M.S. in a quantitative field such as Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
