شرح موقعیت شغلی

The commercial team is seeking a Category Manager with marketplace or supply chain management experience to manage sellers that do work onsite within the customer fulfillment network. You must be an effective communicator and be able to work independently to generate high-quality work product in a collaborative, creative, ever-changing, and often ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the category metrics model (KPIs) based on input from the category team to track and monitor performance and compliance to the category strategy
  • Develop a deep working relationship and partnership with Finance, Operations & Product management
  • Manage Sellers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance
  • Ensure flawless marketplace procedures on site - working with the relevant individuals to make improvements where required
  • Support to negotiations, contracts implementation and maintenance, incl. supplier performance metrics

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations or related field, equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or supply chain management or equivalent role
  • 2+ years of experience in MS tool suite and ability to learn proprietary systems
  • 2+ years of practiced analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
  • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills.
