شرح موقعیت شغلی

B2B Account Manager

Responsibilities:
 
Promoting the organization and products

Contacting customers to initiate a sales process and Communicating clearly with customers

Maintain detailed records of communication via our CRM

Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully

Helping marketing team to define joint marketing campaigns

Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Identifying and communicating with potential customers to identify their needs and introduce the company's products

Taking the necessary measures to attract and sign contracts with THETA customers

Holding online meetings and face-to-face negotiations with organizations as needed

Registering the necessary information in the relevant software

Performing activities related to receiving and registering customer orders

Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

Maintaining excellent relationships with customers that are built on trust

improving the level of providing services to stores

Effective communication with other teams to improve work procedures and service quality

Preparation of required performance reports

Following up with potential clients and moving them down the sales funnel

 

Competencies and Requirements:

Native/Near Native English (speaking and writing)

Attention to detail

Clear phone voice

Hard-working/goal-driven mentality

Persistent and responsible

Friendly, energetic, and team-spirited

Accurate and able to perform multiple tasks at the same time

familiar with sales and general marketing principles

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies

Experience in customer relationship management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Dedication to providing great customer service

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office software

Eager to learn and interested in working in startup environments
