Job Description

• Provides pricing analysis for management
• Monitors and update commercial price lists
• Validates sales quotations for accuracy and profitability
• Consults with sales and marketing teams to develop proposals
• Performs competitor analysis on similar products and services
• Scopes out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition
• Communicates findings effectively to relevant departments of the company
• Defines KPIs at the level of organizational units and occupations
• Prepares monthly and weekly sales reports for the management
• Participates in Business Planning preparation
• Assists in the development of long-term and short term goals and strategic objectives
• Dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, projections, and historical performance
• Creates & monitors budget distribution, annual sales budgeting & targeting
• Prepare reports on sales trends, finances and general business conditions.
• Forecasting and analyzing sales trends, finances and general business conditions.
• Prepare and submit reports required by the sales team
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on performance indicators and sales team evaluation.
• Collaborate in preparing and submitting market analysis reports to the sales and marketing team
• Calculate sales team rewards in collaboration with the marketing and sales planning team
• Expert in ordering

Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor Degree in related
• MS office software, especially Excel
• Skills in software programming
• 5 years of work experience in analytical, sales analyst or business analyst
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Search, Data Gathering and competitor analysis
• Strong analytical and research skills
• The ability to analyze, model and interpret data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good negotiations and problem-solving skills
• Effective reporting and presentation skills
• Reporting to sales manager
