Job Description:
• Follow up managers and all the staff orders and assigned tasks at different stage
• Organizing and planning To-Do list of Manager
• making travel, meeting and event arrangements
• Preparing reports, minute
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
• Represent the CEO to internal and external business contacts as well as investors and Board members with the utmost hospitality and professionalism
• Be available at all hours including weekends to assist the CEO
• Act as the CEO's first point of contact with people from both inside & outside the organization
• Conserve CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing general correspondence; drafting letters, emails and documents including complex presentations (PowerPoint, Excel charts and graphs); collecting and analyzing information.
