We're looking for candidates with at least 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. This role will focus on 'Email Marketing' as an acquisition channel. Our ideal candidate should enjoy designing and crafting various email templates for our campaigns, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Additionally, strong English copywriting skills and a good sense of design are essential for creating engaging and conversion-oriented email templates.
Responsibilities
Working closely with our development and marketing team to help them achieve their goals of growing our business and user acquisition.
Drafting different email templates including acquisitional, communicational, and promotional ones.
Creating and executing strategies to maximize user acquisition.
Planning, creating, and measuring digital acquisition campaigns.
Improving dashboards, reports, and metrics to help provide clarity around business and growth performance.
Uncovering, presenting, and acting on insights that are discovered through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Prioritizing efforts to drive user retention and revenue.
Requirements
Has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, Communication or similar discipline.
Has 1-2 years of hands-on experience
Excellent data analysis skills and a team player.
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts such as cookie-based data collection, attribution modeling, AB/N & multivariate testing
Basic Knowledge of HTML.
Proven design sensibility to envision how content should be effectively presented or distributed for the most optimal user experience throughout various media including, but not limited to, websites, social media, digital signs, and print materials.
Excellent professional communication skills both verbal and written.
