شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description:

We're looking for candidates with at least 1- 2 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising. This role will focus on the management of Facebook ads, creating new campaigns, and monitoring results, ensuring maximum lead quality while maintaining the lowest cost per leads. The ideal candidate enjoys using data and creativity to boost marketing results, collaborates closely with the design team to improve visual elements, and works closely with the customer support team to communicate best practices and address clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage Facebook and Google ads campaigns, including monitoring and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with customer support to address agent advertising needs and customize ad content.
Troubleshoot issues with Facebook ads and communicate with customer support for resolution.
Generate weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports on Facebook campaigns and ad performance.
Coordinate with the design team to develop new creatives for ads.
Enhance and expand our ads library, creating new ads based on marketing metrics.
Develop educational materials and FAQs for customer support and agents.

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager platforms.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in using Analytics and Data Studio.
Experience in planning and project management.
Ability to utilize data and insights to optimize and improve performance.
Excellent knowledge of best practices in campaign management.
Practical understanding of digital marketing metrics.
Good communication and public relations skills.
