Job Description



We are looking for experienced and ambitious Front-End Developer to join us in creating, evolving and maintaining a new website that going to have 20 million visitors per day with 16 million users. We are bringing a new product to market which needs a fantastic UI and UX, with amazing visualizations to explore and understand a variety of data. We a need a confident developer who loves to learn and wants to bring new ideas and perspectives to our team. So, we are looking for a teammate and friend for our team to do that. Who are we looking for?



As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be capable of working independently, delivering pieces of work with minimal input from the team, technical leads and managers. You will be joining a team of bright, enthusiastic developers who have a desire to learn and thrive on a challenge, with the opportunity to help us continue to move forward and lead the way in this exciting industry. You are an excellent communicator, someone who has a delivery focused mind-set with experience following Agile practices.



Requirements



-        Commercial experience with Typescript or front-end frameworks (ReactJS, Angular)



-        Responsive design and mobile/web development



-        Proven track record of delivering high quality, scalable, software solutions



-        Coaching / mentoring on technical subject areas



-        Working with distributed or concurrent, multi-tiered applications



-        Ensuring and improving code quality across multiple codebases



-        Collaborate with the backend team to roll out new feature areas



 



Soft Skills and Personality traits



-        Strong JavaScript programming skills



-        ReactJS / Angular experience



-        An affinity for modular, maintainable code



-        Experience with automated testing for single-page web applications



-        An innate curiosity with a desire to learn, create and explore



-        Demonstrate UX knowledge



Employment Type: Full Time – Saturday to Wednesday at 8:00 to 16:00
