Location: 100% Remote | Experience: Senior (6+ years)

The Role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET C# & ReactJS) to take deep technical ownership of our systems. You will be handed technical requirements and expected to architect, build, and deliver high-performance solutions end-to-end.

What You Will Do

Build & Deliver: Write clean, scalable code across the C# backend and ReactJS frontend.
Own the Execution: Take complex features from technical specification to a tested, documented, and deployable state.
Ensure Quality: Maintain a strict technical bar through stable test suites, performance optimization, and rigorous code reviews.
Architect: Solve complex backend/frontend problems and escalate broad system-wide decisions to the Tech Lead.

What We Are Looking For

6+ Years of Experience: Rigorous software engineering background heavily focused on fullstack development.
Core Stack Expertise: Deep, authoritative knowledge of .NET / C# and ReactJS. You must be highly confident on both ends
Technical Judgment: Ability to instantly spot architectural misalignments, security risks, or performance bottlenecks.
Radical Ownership: Give you a complex technical problem, and you will find the optimal path, build it, and own the result.

Nice to Have

Next.js experience.
Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
Strong fundamentals in automated software testing (specifically Classical/Detroit-style).
Startup background with a track record of solo or small-team technical ownership.
